Who is in charge here?

This film was made in the workframe of international project "HUMRA - human rights animation"

Participants of this project were teenagers 13 to 17 years old from different schools of Saint-Petersburg. They have gathered specifically for this project during their school vacation and studied this theme, worked on the story, made characters and decorations, animated and recorded sound during 5 days.
